The toolkit now consists of 4 documents. The first document provides the main keys to understanding the sector, in particular by reviewing the main characteristics of small-scale transport and its performance, from three points of view: technical, financial and social.
The toolkit has been developed in collaboration with our African Community of Practice and our partners Agence Française de Développement and CODATU.
