Modelo de Términos de Referencia PMUS MobiliseYourCity

This document is the official model for SUMP development and implementation projects done under MobiliseYourCity worldwide. It presents all requirements to this extent, as agreed by the Partnership. This document has to be adapted to specific contexts.

This document aims to provide guidelines for drafting Terms of Reference for selecting the consultant responsible for the design of a Sustainable Urban Mobility Plan (SUMP) within the framework of the MobiliseYourCity partnership. This document shall be seen as a model, to be adapted to the local context.

This publication has been developed within the MobiliseYourCity Partnership in collaboration with the project “Advancing climate strategies in rapidly motorising countries”, funded by the German Federal Ministry for the Environment, Nature Conservation, Building and Nuclear Safety.
