Toolkit for developing National Urban Mobility Policies and Investment Programmes (NUMPs)

The NUMP toolkit was developed by GIZ in cooperation with EUROCLIMA+ and MobiliseYourCity. It offers national and international best practices, general information on the topic, as well as training materials on capacity development and financing.

This comprehensive toolkit was prepared for national decision-makers and mobility practitioners interested in, or in the process of, developing a National Urban Mobility Policy and Investment Programme (NUMP) for their country.
