Transforming Transportation is a major international forum on transport and development organised by the World Bank and the World Resources Institute. It brings together governments, development organisations, cities, civil society and the private sector to discuss how transport can support sustainable and inclusive development. The programme addresses issues such as urban mobility, climate action, accessibility, transport finance, road safety and institutional reform. The event has a particularly strong focus on challenges and solutions relevant to low- and middle-income countries.
