The Annual Summit of the International Transport Forum is the world’s largest gathering of transport ministers and the premier global transport policy event.

Every May, ministers with responsibility for transport, business leaders, heads of international organisations, parliamentarians and policy makers, representatives of business associations and leading researchers meet for three days in Leipzig, Germany, to discuss the future of transport through the prism of a strategic topic.

The logic behind Transport and Climate Change Week is very simple: we bring together experts and decision-makers from all around the world to facilitate knowledge sharing and networking through peer-to-peer exchanges and specialised workshops. Not only do we build capacity, but we also build meaningful relationships that are the foundation of development cooperation. In this way, we seek to build confidence in the feasibility of changing transport towards net zero emissions.

Towards resilient and inclusive mobility in our cities

This year’s conference will bring together insights from TUMI partners and Germany’s bilateral development cooperation, offering a dynamic platform to explore how cities can develop resilient and adaptive mobility systems in response to environmental, social, and economic challenges.

The Annual POLIS Conference 2025 will take place on 26-27 November in the City of Utrecht, Utrecht Province, The Netherlands.

The 2025 UN Climate Change Conference (UNFCCC COP 30) will convene on the 10th-21st of November 2025 in Belém, Brazil.

With nearly 140 years of history, the UITP Summit is the not-to-miss high-level event for the public transport sector. The UITP Summit is the definitive public transport event for the sector, welcoming over 10,000 public transport professionals ranging from operators, authorities, industry suppliers and policy makers from across the world. This year it will take place on Hamburg on June 15th to 18th.
